We're getting ready to return to our regular studio classes in September after a beautiful summer break, and we have to admit: we miss you! 🧡 So before the new season officially kicks off, it's time to get everyone together again for an afternoon of dancing, music and community!

You may notice something new: our socials have a new name! ✨
Welcome to UZ Social Hub!

New name, same format we know you love: an inspiring workshop, great music, cosy energy, lots of dancing and, of course, the option to finish the day together over dinner. Whether you're one of our regulars or haven't danced with us before, we'd love to see lots of familiar and new faces on the dance floor!

And this edition is a little extra special: Did you know that this month marks the 10 year anniversary of our headteacher Lisa teaching exactly 10 years of teaching Brazilian Zouk in Utrecht?! 🥳 So there are plenty of reasons to come together, reconnect after summer and get excited for everything that's coming up this new season.

PROGRAM

13:00–14:00 | Brazilian Zouk Workshop – Intermediate with Lisa & Marcos

We'll start the afternoon with a one-hour intermediate workshop to get your body moving and your Zouk brain switched back on after summer!

This workshop is not suitable for absolute beginners. To join, you should be familiar with the 10 Brazilian Zouk Fundamentals.

14:00–18:00 | 100% Brazilian Zouk Social - Music by DJ WinX & DJ Denise 🎶

Four hours of 100% Brazilian Zouk, with plenty of music to keep you on the dance floor all afternoon!

18:00 | Optional Community Dinner
Not ready to go home yet? Neither are we 😉 After the social, everyone is welcome to join us for dinner next door at Oproer Café. Dinner is optional and paid separately.
