In my private classes, I’ll help you refine your technique while exploring more playfulness, expression, relaxation, and flow in your dance. This may involve refining your basics, flowing through head movements, and adding some spice with spins and counterbalance. I believe the most important thing in dance is feeling comfortable in your body – mastering technique while embracing joy and presence.
I’ll guide you in playing with musicality and strengthening your connection with your partner. If you're open to it, we can also explore the psychological side of dance: identifying areas of tension or mental blockages and learning how to work through them.
My goal is to help you feel more confident in your dance. For that, we need both: a solid foundation in technique and the freedom to express our unique flow.
