This Lambada 101 Bootcamp is designed especially for Brazilian Zouk dancers who want to explore the foundations of Lambada: the style that influenced and shaped so much of what we dance today!

Expect a high-energy, structured, technique-focused session where you’ll build real Lambada fundamentals in a way that supports and elevates your Brazilian Zouk.

💫 What to expect

In this 2.5-hour bootcamp, Lisa & Marcos will guide you through:

✔️ Essential Lambada body movements & rhythms
✔️ Footwork patterns and partner connection
✔️ How Lambada structure creates freedom and dynamic play
✔️ Techniques you can immediately apply in both Lambada and Zouk

After the bootcamp, you’ll have 30 minutes of practice time to drill, ask questions, and integrate everything while the energy is still fresh.

This is not for complete beginners in dance: it’s designed for dancers who already have a Brazilian Zouk foundation and want to expand their skillset.

🎯 Level requirements

To join, you should have:

• Completed our Brazilian Zouk Essentials course, or
• Prior experience in Brazilian Zouk or Lambada

This ensures everyone can train at a solid pace and get the most out of the session.
