Already dancing Brazilian Zouk and curious about Lambada? This one is for you! 🧡

On Tuesday 1 September, Lisa & Marcos will take you through the most important Lambada foundations in one 2.5-hour bootcamp, specifically designed for dancers who already have Brazilian Zouk experience.

The goal? To give you the tools you need to make the jump from Zouk into Lambada and, after this bootcamp, be able to join our weekly Intermediate Lambada classes on Tuesday evenings, or the already-running-since-August Lambada from Scratch course with Cynthia in Amsterdam! 🔥

Because you already understand concepts like connection, weight transfers, leading & following and circular movement from Brazilian Zouk, we don't have to start completely from scratch. Instead, we'll use that experience as our starting point and focus on what makes Lambada different: its basic structures, rhythm, movement, flow and technique.

Expect 2.5 hours of dancing, practicing and getting that unmistakable Lambada feeling into your body 💃🔥

🧡 WHO CAN JOIN?

This bootcamp is beginner level in Lambada, but it is not intended for complete beginner dancers.

You should already be comfortable with the 10 Brazilian Zouk Fundamentals - comparable to having completed our Essentials course, or having similar Brazilian Zouk experience elsewhere.

You do NOT need any previous Lambada experience!

After completing the bootcamp, you'll be welcome to continue training with us in our Intermediate Lambada classes every Tuesday.
